THE BRIEF
As Ivo moved upmarket and into larger funding conversations, it was ready for its brand to reflect its enterprise momentum. The product was winning. What it needed was a position clear and bold enough to define the category it was already leading, and an identity confident enough to carry that position into boardrooms, procurement processes, and the scrutiny of the world's most careful buyers.

THE STRATEGY
Before shaping the brand, we went deep into the legal category and the mindset of its buyers. Through leadership workshops and competitive analysis, a critical white space emerged. While others were selling automation, Ivo was building embedded intelligence designed specifically for in-house teams. We aligned leadership around a bold, defensible position: AI-powered Contract Intelligence built exclusively for enterprise legal. The idea worth rallying around, Intelligence by Design, captures Ivo's philosophy precisely. Purposeful AI embedded in workflow, built to sharpen human judgment rather than bypass it. This strategic clarity unified the team, shaped the narrative, and gave Ivo the language to lead. The messaging was anchored across three pillars, Craft and Excellence, Speed and Delight, and Strategic Intelligence, balancing technical authority with genuine human empathy. The result is a voice that moves beyond the hype of the category and speaks directly to what in-house legal teams actually need.

THE CRAFT
In a category full of lookalike tech brands, we made a deliberate choice to bring art and beauty into the system. The Ivo symbol balances structure and flow, expressing precision guided by human judgment. A refined colour system adds rare energy to legal tech without sacrificing seriousness. Working with illustrator Myriam Wares, we introduced fluid, pathway-inspired visuals that make complexity navigable and the brand immediately distinctive. The website was rebuilt from the ground up following a deep front-end audit, with a restructured information architecture that communicates who Ivo is from the first scroll. A modular design system supports rapid expansion across products and use cases, while illustration and motion bring the intelligence of the platform to life throughout the experience. The result is an identity that feels crafted, expressive, and built for the long term.
