Challenge

Armani Hotel Dubai had the prestige, the location, and the product. What it needed was communication that matched the standard of the experience itself. Seasonal campaigns, suite promotions, and branded collateral were opportunities to deepen the emotional connection with guests, but only if the creative could carry the weight of the Armani name. Generic luxury language would not do. Every touchpoint needed to feel like it belonged in the same world as the hotel itself.
